Your options:

  • Looking for legal help but not sure where to start? We offer a 45 minute PHONE CONSULTATION ($165) to discuss your situation and determine if we are the right fit for you. We charge for this because we want to make it valuable, we do not treat it as lead generation. Very often people just need to know what the next step is, but this can’t be covered in short complimentary call. Before the call we ask you to complete an in depth questionnaire so we can be sure to provide you with tailored information, specific to your unique circumstances.

  • Get started on the right foot with our INITIAL ‘WHERE DO I START’ CONSULTATION ($385). We'll develop a separation strategy tailored to your family's needs and discuss different approaches to negotiating property settlements and parenting arrangements. We'll consider your assets, liabilities, and financial resources, and explain how the Family Law Act applies to your situation. We'll also discuss parenting arrangements, child support entitlements/obligations, and address any concerns you may have.

  • Our in-depth STRATEGY CONSULTATION ($770) is designed to review the specifics of your case, prepare a draft asset and liability sheet with potential property settlement outcomes, and tailor specific advice to your family's unique circumstances. This option is recommended for those who have already separated and need a strategy to start negotiations, are heading to mediation, or require ongoing representation

  • Get your property agreement formalized quickly with our FIXED FEE SERVICE. We'll review your agreement to ensure it's just and equitable, and prepare an Application for Consent Orders and Proposed Minute of Consent Orders ($3500, excluding court filing fee of $195 (superannuation splitting orders may result in additional charges). Contact us to take advantage of this service and have peace of mind that your agreement is legally binding.

  • If you're an EXISTING CLIENT and need to progress your matter, you can easily book a meeting with us below. The booking is for an hour, but we only charge for the time we’re on the phone.

During a very stressful and uncertain time I was incredibly grateful for your patience, sensitivity and responsiveness to the individual circumstances of my case. You understood my motivations for the settlement and worked within these parameters to get an outcome we were both happy with.

Having found myself in need of a lawyer for the first time in my life I was totally lost and confused at a time of crisis. I was lucky enough to find Bonnie who guided, advised and supported me. At all times I felt I was in safe hands and felt she was honest and realistic in her advice. She managed to achieve a great outcome for me in the least adversarial manner possible under the circumstances. I highly recommend Bonnie.
